Having planted her career roots in the mortgage and loan industry beginning in 1985, entering into the real estate market with in 2002 has been a natural development for Beach City Brokers’ Agent Audrey Grainger. Audrey worked closely with agents as a loan underwriter and loan processor for over 25 years and her extensive knowledge in residential and multifamily lending has given her an insider’s edge amongst her competition in Orange County.
